athleteRaymon van der Biezen

Raymon is a Dutch Pro BMX rider who has loved riding his bike all his life. He used to build small jumps at home but had an urge for bigger and better things. His father took him to the local track to ride and Raymon loved every second of it and, by the time he was five years old, Raymon got his first BMX license. He raced in a few local races and his love for the sport grew even more.

When he started winning races, he switched to KNWU, which is the largest Dutch cycling federation. He managed to secure his first three Dutch national titles and started racing internationally. Only ten years old at the time, he showed off his talent to the world when he came eighth in his first European main event. By the time he was 11 years old, he secured second place.

In 2008, Raymon qualified for the 2008 Olympics. However, he could not reach the final as he crashed in the semi-final. He managed to bounce back four years later when he qualified for the London Olympic Games, where he secured a solid fourth place. He is now working towards his goal is of winning an Olympic medal. Raymon uses the Leatt DBX Helmet, DBX 6.5 Neck Brace, Elbow Guards, Knee Guards and Body Protection to protect him.
